MachanBill Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using MachanBill (including the web terminal, offline POS client, and mobile companion apps), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.

2. Subscriptions & 14-Day Free Trial

• 14-Day Free Trial: New merchants receive 14 days of unrestricted access to all POS, inventory, and multi-outlet features without upfront credit card requirements.
• Subscription Plans: Post-trial usage is billed on a monthly or annual basis as detailed on the Pricing matrix. All payments are securely processed through authorized gateways (Razorpay/UPI).
• Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time with zero lock-in penalties.

3. Service Availability (99.9% SLA & Offline Mode)

We target 99.9% uptime SLA. In case of internet dropouts, MachanBill POS enters offline cached mode allowing uninterrupted checkout, with automatic bi-directional synchronization once internet resumes.

4. GST & Statutory Compliance Responsibility

MachanBill facilitates automated GST computation, HSN categorization, and GSTR-1 summary export. Merchants remain legally responsible for inputting accurate tax rates and filing their statutory tax returns.
